OFFICIAL Transcript requests will only be mailed to a college, university, or other educational institution. Requests from currently enrolled students to be mailed to a residence or a non-educational address will be UNOFFICIAL.
If Special Education (504/IEP) student records are also needed, please specify this in the Special Instructions section. Parents, legal guardians, or adult students must provide identification when requesting Special Education student records. Acceptable forms of identification include a social security card, birth certificate, state-issued identification card, or driver's license, and must match the name on the student records. Please note that we do not maintain Special Education student records older than five years.

There is a $5 convenience fee per order.
- We cannot provide replacement diplomas.
- We cannot provide copies of SAT/ACT scores.
- We cannot provide high school equivalency (HSE) certificates (GED/HiSET). For HSE Information, refer to www.GED.com or call 888-906-4031.
