This is an official request for a copy of a student record. The information contained in this request should be considered private. Please complete all information in full and then finalize the order process by clicking 'Proceed to Check Out". The information required on this page is necessary to verify and protect school records from being accessed by unauthorized individuals.

PLEASE NOTE: A signed release by the student is required for a High School Transcript unless you are a post-secondary institution. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. Generally, SIATech requires written permission and consent from the parent of a minor student or the student (if the student is currently an adult), in order to release any information from a student's education record. FERPA only allows schools to disclose such records, without consent, to certain parties as described in Education Code 49076 and (34 CFR § 99.31). A signed release may be uploaded via the Attach Documentation section by clicking on the green box, "Add Files". Uploading the required verification document(s) may prevent delays in processing your order.

You will receive emails from scribOnline@scribsoft.com to notify you of the status of your order. It is important you read those emails carefully as additional information may be required to process your request. We may respond to this corporate request by the medium of our choosing (email or mail). You will be notified of the delivery mechanism by email. The order status can be checked via the 'Order Tracker'.

ACCESSING THE ORDER TRACKER: Once the order has been submitted and payment received, you will be directed to a confirmation page that contains the link to the Order Tracker. You will also receive a link to the Order Tracker via email from scribonline@scribsoft.com. To access the Order Tracker, you will enter your email address, order number, and password.
